Hi! My name is Amy Hemgesberg and I am a third grade teacher at Carrollton Elementary School.
I started teaching at Carrollton Elementary in 2015. I have worked in lots of schools and really enjoy teaching here at Carrollton. I grew up in Freeland and still live there with my family. I have been married for almost 10 years and have three children. My husband is also a teacher. He works for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. My son, Adam, is nine years old. I have twin daughters. Mia and Sydney are almost 4 years old. Adam loves baseball and the girls love dance. |
High SchoolI went to Freeland High School. I played softball for a couple years. I also played clarinet in the school band. While attending high school I was also able to help out at our elementary school. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher.
